You are so Special, Accept and Be Good to YourselfBe Good To Yourself – Did you know that you’re very special? No one in this world would be like you and do the way you are. So, stop worrying,complaining and comparing yourself to others that lead you to refuse yourself instead. You deserve to be loved and accepted by your people by performing all your good side, but you have been forgeting one important thing: You sould accept and be good to yourself first, Then others will followed.It’s not about being selfish or peth your narcissistic , but it is  about getting in touch with ourselves, our well-being and our happiness.

So do yourself a favor, take a deep breath, give yourself a little hug and start practicing the following:

  1. Stop the comparisons. There is no one on this planet like you, so you cannot fairly compare yourself to someone else. Comparing yourself with other is only make you unsatisfied with all you have.  The only person you should compare yourself to is you.
  2. Be positive. Just Believe that every day is a “good day” . Start your every singgle day with a positive provocation. How gorgeous you look today,How well you handled a situation, How nice people around you. do anything that will make you smile and reach your happy..
  3. Beauty is based on your prespective. Whatever your size, your look like, or the chlotes that you wear now you are so beautiful just the way you did It is what you see it as. Don’t let Photoshopped magazines and instagramable photos make you feel like your body isn’t perfect and digging your flaws. Because the real “ beauty” is come from heart and behavior. All people have their own worth and the “ good side” that make them beautiful.
  4. Follow your passion. Sometimes may be you feel that what realy excites you is only a a trifles things because you have convinced that it won’t work.For example you are the banker but actualy you love to sing a song, but you are to shy and  scares to do your passions. You should go do that, No matter what you want to do with u’r life , be passionate !
  5. Treat others with love and respect. All people deserve a proper treatment, love and respect from other.  Just believe that Karma is exist.  Take and give, giving action and get the reaction.When you treath other properly, it means that you has already spread the kindness not only to others but also yourself. Do a good thing first for your people, It makes us feel better about ourselves when we treat others the way we hope to be treated. Threat other people as same as you love and respect yourself.
  6. Find something to be grateful for every day. Just be gratefull of all you have to day. At least, you have a good heath, you still can breath with a free oxygen or you still can meet your lovely person in your life.another way to find something to be gratefull is  by seeing  other people who have lower life than you. There are still lot of people in this world who suffer from starving, homeless, less-education and live in the world-war. Being a voluunter or do a charity is one way to find something to be grateful.It’s especially important on these days to find at least one thing you are grateful for as it helps to shift your mind and energy around what’s going on.
  7. Forgive yourself.  Sometimes we do mistakes and out of our hope. Really disapointed and regreted  about what we did in the past is only a useless thing. Even we are moarn all the day, blame orselfves and floaded our mind with disaponted feelings, the time is never come back. It’s time to let that go and forgive yourself. You can’t change the things you have done in the past but you can control your future. Look at it as a learning experience and believe in your sthrengh  to change.
  8. Be A human. Nobody’s perferct and nobody who have a flawless life. You know why? Because we are all human. We make mistakes, we feel emotions (worst and better) and this is OK. Allow yourself to be human. Dont forced too much to be a perfect human. Receive your weakness, acept your self then be a hapiest human in this world.
  9. Find your happy place. Where’s the one place you feel totally at ease, calm, happy, positive, high on life? Go to that place when you are going through hard times, or imagine yourself being there. Think about how it feels, what it smells like, what it looks like. The atmosphere of your favorite place, will help you to reduce all matter that you have and keep in touch to yourself.
  10. Have fun! Get out there and do the things that light your fire. Enjoy them, enjoy being you and enjoy your incredible life.

Find the endless value in the world around you, and it will be easy to find the endless value in yourself. Eventually you will no longer see a difference between the two.
